Zero risk — no payment, nothing to cancel
Saharasis doesn’t collect any payment online. You only pay in person on the day of your activity. This means there are no charges to refund and no financial risk in booking with us.
Cancellation Scenarios
Free Cancellation
Up to 24 hours before
Cancel for any reason with no charges. We'll confirm your cancellation by WhatsApp within 2 hours.
Late Cancellation
Less than 24 hours before
We understand that plans change. Contact us as early as possible — we'll do our best to reschedule you at no extra cost.
No-Show
Day of activity, no contact
If you don't show up and haven't contacted us, the activity may not be held. We'll follow up via WhatsApp to understand what happened.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay anything to book?
No. Saharasis is a zero-deposit platform. You only pay in cash (MAD, EUR, or GBP) on the day of your activity, before it begins. There's nothing to cancel or refund online.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Simply message us on WhatsApp or reply to your booking confirmation email. We'll handle everything within 2 hours and confirm your cancellation or new date.
What if the weather is bad?
For weather-dependent activities (hot air balloon, paragliding), we'll proactively contact you the evening before if conditions are unsafe. You can choose to reschedule or cancel at no charge — no matter how close it is to the activity.
What if Saharasis has to cancel?
If we need to cancel due to circumstances on our side (guide unavailability, extreme weather, safety concerns), we'll notify you as early as possible and offer a full reschedule or cancellation with no obligation.
What about group bookings?
For groups of 8 or more, we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or major changes to group size, so we can manage logistics fairly for our local guides.
