When you submit a booking inquiry or contact form on Saharasis, we collect: - Your full name, email address, and WhatsApp number - Your selected experience, travel date, and group size - Any optional message or special requests you provide We do not collect payment information. All payments are made in person on arrival.

We use the information you provide solely to: - Confirm your booking and coordinate logistics - Contact you via WhatsApp and email to finalise details - Send a booking confirmation email with your itinerary - Improve our services based on feedback We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

Saharasis does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except: - Service providers required to operate the platform (Supabase for data storage, Resend for transactional email) - When required by law Your information is never shared with our local activity providers by name. We handle all client communication directly.

Booking inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months to maintain records and improve service quality. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

Saharasis uses minimal cookies — only those required for site functionality and analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not set non-essential cookies without your action.
