Saharasis is a travel experience platform based in Marrakech, Morocco. We facilitate bookings for activities, tours, and excursions provided by our vetted network of local partners. Saharasis acts as the service provider from the customer's perspective — all bookings are made with Saharasis directly.

All bookings submitted through saharasis.com are inquiries, not confirmed reservations. A booking becomes confirmed only after you receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation from Saharasis. You are not required to pay anything online. All payments are made in cash (MAD, EUR, or GBP) on the day of your activity before it begins.

All prices displayed are per person in EUR unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price quoted in your booking confirmation is guaranteed for that booking. Group discounts and private tour pricing are available — contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quote.

By submitting a booking inquiry, you confirm that: - The information you provided is accurate - You are 18 years or older (or have parental consent for minors) - You will arrive at the agreed location on time - You accept any physical requirements or restrictions noted in the activity listing Saharasis is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in activities. Adventure activities carry inherent risks.

Some activities may be photographed or filmed by guides for Saharasis marketing purposes. You may opt out by informing your guide at the start of the activity. Photos taken by guides and shared directly with you remain your property.

All content on saharasis.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Saharasis or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Saharasis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of saharasis.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Last updated: April 2026.
